We guarantee deliveries in the United States, Canada and European Union only. If you do not receive your order, we will resend it.
*Please note that remote territories outside of these countries are not included in the delivery guarantee due to factors beyond our control, such as customs and local regulations.
For USA, Canada and European Union orders:
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time(*) we will reship your order.

Please note. Once the mail carrier updates the shipment status to "Delivered" our delivery guarantee ends. Blimburn Seeds cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of the package. To minimize risks, we recommend being available to receive your order or having a secure mailbox.
For other countries:
We cannot guarantee the delivery to countries outside the European Union, United States and Canada, due to factors beyond our control, such as customs and local regulations.

Once your payment is confirmed, we guarantee that your order will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
When your order has been received by the carrier, you must take into account the estimated delivery time (See: What's the deal with delivery timing?). This time depends on the country that it is being delivered to.
You will be able to track your parcel at any time with the tracking number provided once your order has been shipped.

Our orders are packaged in a discreet manner, with no mention of marijuana or Blimburn seeds on the outer cardboard box.
Your seeds will be shipped in a crash-proof seed container. We prefer not to offer individually packaged seeds. This approach is in line with our eco-friendly practices to reduce packaging waste.
The Blimburn Originals strains product lines are packaged in separate cardboard containers.
However, please note that if your order consists of several strains of Blimburn Packaged or Blimburn in Bulk they will all be shipped in a World Wide Cultivars cardboard container. Each container can hold several strains, individually labeled and packed in plastic bags or ampoules.
Orders shipped to countries not included in the delivery guarantee, containing Blimburn in Bulk strains are discreetly packaged in a phone case, which guarantees a higher delivery success rate while maintaining your privacy.
Discreet Packaging
For customers who prefer discreet shipping, we offer an option to exclude the cardboard container altogether. Instead, the seeds will be shipped in a phone case, which ensures a higher success rate of delivery while maintaining your privacy.
The Discreet Packaging ( $6.00 fee ) is only available on the checkout page, as long as the customer selects a country where delivery is not guaranteed ( See: Which countries are covered under the delivery guarantee?)

To prevent the seeds from being easily identified and to offer even more discretion, our customers can choose the Discreet labeling service free of charge. In addition to privacy, this type of labeling offers a higher percentage of successful delivery.
The internal packaging of the seeds will be labeled only with the product codes without any mention of the strain names. Upon receiving your order, you can check the strain's name in the order confirmation email.
Discreet labeling is only available on the checkout page when the customer selects a delivery country where delivery is not guaranteed.

Add Additional Shipment
Split your order into several to reduce customs risks
For an added layer of security and peace of mind, you can opt to split your order into multiple packages at checkout. This feature is available if the selected shipping country is not covered by our delivery guarantee policy.
Simply select the number of additional packages you'd like to add, and the extra cost will be included in your total order amount. Each additional package will have the price of original shipping cost.
